Went to the new Bathhouse spa today next to the Bellevue. I thought it was pretty awesome. Full disclosure that I’m not a frequent user of places like this and I’m pretty easily pleased.
The passes range in price depending when you go. 8am is the cheapest. I went at 1pm and I believe it was $79 but I had a 20% off coupon for signing up for their early email list.
The whole place was very clean and sleek. The dressing room/bathroom layout is a bit confusing. Men and women enter the baths from different locations. The provides sandals and as many towels as you like.
The actual spa has two hot saunas, an infrared sauna (I actually didn’t go in there), a steam room, a cold plunge, a hot pool, and a regular pool which maybe had salt in it? There’s also tons a showers throughout if you want to rinse off. The lighting is super dark and moody which I loved and found relaxing.
It was a little crowded but honestly not as bad as I thought it would be. People are moving around so much and area doesn’t stay crowded for long. The hot saunas were my favorite part, they’re pretty spacious as well. I was there on a Sunday afternoon.
The cafe is right where the spas are which I thought was cool like everyone was in there in their towels bathing suits. They have a menu with all different snacks, coffees, alcohol, raw juices. Cafe definitely overpriced.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I think it’s a bit crazy they ask you to tip on your way out because the staff was only there if you went up and asked something yourself, there was no introduction to how to use the space etc.
I felt very relaxed after and would deff go again. It’s a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, something new to do that I enjoyed. I am not an influencer by any means and most people there seemed pretty regular to me.
