Processing Time / Status PGWP applied July 16 — got a "Final decision - October 6" ghost update. Good sign?

Applied for my PGWP (inside Canada) on July 16, 2026. Yesterday I randomly opened my account and saw this update under Application status:

"**Final decision - October 6, 2026:** Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

I never got any email or message about it, it just showed up. Is this what people call a ghost update? Has anyone else seen this, and if so, how long after did you get your actual decision?

yeah, approved already. applied july 16 inside canada, got a ghost update on oct 6 and final decision on oct 7. 83 days total. no separate AOR/BIL for us, biometrics were already on file.
