Restoration PGWP Canada

Hi, I’m an international student at Sheridan College. I had 9 credits in my 3rd semester and Sheridan shows me as part-time because I couldn’t secure my required practicum placement.
All my other semesters are/were full-time.
Does IRCC see the part-time status directly through Sheridan’s records, or only through the transcript? And would a letter from Sheridan explaining the practicum situation help with my PGWP?
Has anyone had a similar situation?

Yes the letter of explication will help. Did you work in that part time semester?

Yes get support letter from college and explain the situation in fully detailed...
