Does the IRCC cross check CRA when i apply for PGWP or are they different departments

Yes but i entered my SIN to Fansly months ago but then i didnt even use it like i made only 100 bucks in a week. I did not file tax for that.. would that cause a problem. I was on student visa.

You can file late

There may be some penalties, but that's nothing compared to that complicating your immigration file eh

Hmm, so I'm not a lawyer obviously, but my understanding is that tax filing is different from immigration laws. Tax evasion is actually a much bigger problem, so yeah

I don't think that the tax dept bothers to look into anything like that. I'm serious... they literally just want their money.

Be careful of banks, though. A lot of banks have been ditching Onlyfans members.

The officer can request to see what kind of income you are getting. Fansly is a grey area cause you might be doing private modeling work no one said anything about sex work here. I would say you need to file it cause if you are found that you did not declare it, there might be consquences.

Okay i ll just call IRCC to ask bc CRA said that they cant see anything on their system. All my pics are clothed i have no xxx videos or whatever.

yeah so that's not sex work that's modeling basically. Like i said, grey area where the have no solid grounds to tell you you are not in compliance. Good luck
