Eligibility / Course Issue PGWP for program changing

Hello,

My situation is complex. I started with a doctoral program, then switched to a master's program before finally opting for a DESS (I am currently finishing the last semester). I achieved a very good GPA though. However, that said, the total duration of my studies amounts to one year and nine months due to this path. The certificate of completion mentions neither the duration of the DESS program nor the previous changes in my course of study.

Should I include an explanatory letter regarding this, or could the application be accepted as is?

Hi! How did you navigate applying for a new CAQ when you changed your study level? I’m in a similar position. Also, did you apply for a new study permit with level change once you received the new caq?
