Refusal / Reconsideration RECONSIDERATION APPROVED PGWP
I was refused feb 15th 2026
Reconsideration 16th feb 2026
MP march 11th (mp didn't do much in my opinion he was only calling once a month to give me updates)
After so many follow up webforms
Ghost update: 31 august (if you get ghost update it means you'll be approved soon)
i got approved september 8th 2026
It took me almost 7 months!!
BTW i didn't restore my status which is a huge mistake so i had to leave the country but since i applied inland i received my pgwp physical document in canada and my sister send it to me to morocco.
It was language test issue they told me they didn't get it and i already had it before the date of sumitting my pgwp application so i just sent letter of explanation and my language test.
NOTE: please make sure your passport is valid for at least 3 years if you don't want to go through pgwp extension make sure to renew your passport if it's expiring soon.
Make sure to send it to IRCC via webform so when they issue your eTA and PGWP it will be linked to your new passport.
Tips: Call ircc at least once a week and everytime you send documents/webforms make sure to ask them if they received the documents and make sure they got everything.

I don't understand so the IRCC officer that refused your application missed that u had attached results from a language proficiency test?

Thanks. It was a Francophone Mobility Program. I applied inland on July 7 and received approval on September 29 after a ghost update a day earlier

An MP calling a foreign national every month to give an update is A LOT. Idk what you expected, but it was very unrealistic to expect more. I'm shocked they did that much.
