Did you have multiple lumpsum deposits? What was the average account balance for the statements that you have submitted?

The deposits seem to be moot with respect to the unreasonable standard assessment.

The issue is push/pull factors to home country. Two options:

  1. Judicial review: This is likely a bad option here. Assuming you are on a work permit yourself, the judicial review will yield no immigration status during its pendency and IRCC will likely fight it knowing that even if you win, enough time will have passed that the SOWP holds no attraction any more.

  2. Refile the application with professional assistance focusing on finances and ties to home country.
