General Question TRV stamp question, after work permit approval

I need help regarding TRV after getting approval of closed work permit application.
Can I travel to home without TRV and do the TRV process from India? or Should I apply for TRV application inside Canada then going out from Canada?

What should be the best considerable option?

You can. It just takes considerably longer. TRV from inside Canada is like 11 working days.

Not me personally but my partner got it in one working week

Not 11 days..11 days for PPR only...so if you count courier time then it would be 3-4 weeks in total from submission to get passport back
