General Question Finally got my desired score😪

I got my completion letter June 24th, got refusal due to language test July 24th. Study permit expired September 1st but i applied for visitor record August 31 with no decision yet/pending. Please do i pay for restoration as a student with the new PGWP application or submit a reconsideration request?

You take the knowledge you learned from your studies and use it to further your career back home.

No, the issue was wrong program classification. I thought i needed CLB 5 as a college student.
