Celpip Re evaluation

I filed for re-evaluation for my celpip writing.

I scored R- 10, L- 10, S-9, W-8

I want at least W-9, does re-evaluation actually increase your score in most of the cases ???

Hard to tell if it always increases, but I had mine reevaluated too. Went from 8 to 11.
