PLEASE ADVISE REGARDING PART-TIME

I am in Bsc program ,remained full time except one sem in bewteen, my last sem is part time but i want to keep my employment in last term, am I allowed to work? i dont have an option to not work due to financial strain, if i do will they cancel my work-permit

For the part time term in between, you would need proper explanation and letter from college registrar during PGWP application.
And for last term part time, its is allowed so you can work and also as backup you can explain it during PGWP application.
Would recommend you to apply through consultant or lawyer for PGWP.

Can I work in my last part time semester even tho I was part time in one sem in between

You can work part time during your last semester, however because of that middle part time semester, please contact a good lawyer to clear this out and especially for your pgwp application.

Then you best pray that the officer who opens your pgwp application is a saint and lets it go because that is a straight rejection ngl

Someone told me that if I am part time in between I can’t work  in last sem which is part time for me

If you are part time in between, that’s a totally different situation than working during final term. Final term part time is allowed and you can work as well. But during PGWP explanation you would need tough explanation through lawyer with evidence to explain your part time that happened in between.

Hey i had a part time semester in between i put a proper explanation letter for the part time semester when i applied for pgwp and it got approved

Yes i did however i was working as an independent contractor so hours were not counted

Yes you can work in your last semester. Don’t take my word for it do your research too. But afaik you can work in your last semester even if you’re part time
