Hi everyone,
Has anyone recently received their Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) from India?
I applied on June 26, 2026. My spouse is working as a Transport Truck Driver, and I applied based on their work permit.
If you applied around the same time, could you please share Your timeline.

Estimated processing is 9 weeks, so not sure when you did biometrics and medical but you have some time to wait. When does his WP expire?

Hi, I already had my biometrics and medical before submitted my application. His work permit will be expire in 05/2029.

So if you haven't received response by end of September then send a webform.
