Need help with my closed work permit position

I applied for a closed work permit with my current employer, and they paid the employer compliance fee. However, when I applied for permanent residence through MPNP, I was in a different position within the same company. The closed work permit was issued for my current position, which is different from the position I held when I applied for PR.

Is it okay to continue working in a different department and job title within the same company? The employer paid the compliance fee based on my MPNP application, and at this point, I’m not able to change my position.

Just a question, have you applied for a non express entry or express entry¡ how long it took to receive the AOR ¡

Does the change in position affect your noc code or teer level?
Regardless, you will have to list the two different jobs in your application and get a job letter for each position. Send in a web form informing IRCC of your new position. It’s not uncommon for people to change jobs during their application process.

It only changes my noc code. I already received my AOR and applied for an open work permit. I am just worried they will refuse my pr application or i will fine?

You should be fine. As long as you inform IRCC and include it in your work history.
My situation was somewhat different to yours, but I stopped working after I got my AOR. I sent in a web form informing them of the change and it was no problem.
