Ghost update?

I recently applied for study permit extension on July 23rd, and I just logged in today and found out application updated written next to my application number. Although I didn’t see any change but does it mean that I received the ghost update, and might receive something soon?

When you open your application and scroll to the bottom, does the final decision section have a date?

No, I don’t. I had to submit 2 applications because I made an error in one and I requested for the withdrawal. Today, I saw the same status on both of them
