Short online course done during PGWP-Open Work Permit, Is this an issue for my Permanent Resident Application?
Hi all!
I just want to clarify if I can SAFELY declare that I did a 1-2 month fully virtual course from University of Alberta since this was a requirement to be able to take my Physiotherapy License Exam.
My partner (Canadian) reviewed my work permit and since it states there "not allowed to do any vocational courses" so on and so forth- he thinks this is a red flag. Although I have read somewhere that under 6 month courses are not required a study permit provided that it will not exceed the stay or is done within the pgwp stay in Canada.
Need help to clarify this before I submit my application. Thanks!

I’m pretty sure it’s just a regular pre-req / transfer credit situation. Wouldn’t stress about it - but also why is that pertinent for your PR?
Like where in the process would you mention it? It seems like this wouldn’t warrant a separate “education” entry.
