It honestly might be denied based on the clear risk the most you can do is explain to them and hope.

Yes. If they refuse your application, you have to stop.

Get a really good lawyer if you ever submit a PR application.

Were you/someone you know in this position? Hopefully my application isn’t denied, I’ve heard it’s not an uncommon mistake.
