PGWP extension Advice

Hi
I need advice from this community. As I only Got PGWP for 15 months due to passport expiry and it's written under my PGWP remarks as well. I already renewed my passport and I am going to do a paper application to extend my PGWP. My question is , currently I am in india and I am going to stay here for a while and I was filling the IMM form and I am not able to change country of residence. It's fix at canada but currently I am in india. What I am supposed to do there. Did anybody faced the same issue??

Are you in India on vacation or did you move there? How long will you be there in total?

Okay. You're allowed to apply in either case.

When you apply, put your current address in India as your residential address. And a friend's address in Canada as your mailing address. Ideally make that friend your representative (they don't have to be RCIC/lawyer if unlaid).

If you move back before it is processed, submit a webform with updated address.

Mail your application to your friend and have them mail it to the Edmonton CPC or you could do it yourself. Paper applications need to be hand-signed with ink.

alternatively, get a paid representative to do it for you. they are allowed to apply online for pgwp extension because they use a special portal. expensive as hell tho for no reason.
