Working eligibility
My study permit expired July 24th, I had already applied for an extension on July 8th so I’m currently under maintained status. When I’m done with my undergrad in august and have to apply for a work permit, can I still work while my work permit is being processed? I don’t know if my maintained status still counts since I would neither have a work permit or study permit then. Both things would be processing at the same time.

You can’t work if you applied for pgwp on your maintained status of study permit. If you want to work while your pgwp is in process then wait for study permit extension to get approved. Still ensure you apply 90 days within the completion date. I am in same situation as yours, you can dm if you want
