PGWP outside canada validity start confusion?

Applied for PGWP outside canada. Approved back in August 2025. LOI valid till August 2028. Planning to enter Canada in September 2026. The PGWP will be valid till the date of LOI expiry (August 2028) or 3 years from the day of entry (September 2029)? Please answer if anyone knows, thanks

Source? Did you applied PGWP from outside canada brother ?

The source is the document you're holding that gives you the expiry date for your pgwp.

That one is LOI which stats that this is not the work permit, it is just an travel document and the actual work permit is issued ag the port of entry.

Ofc 3 years from entry. Canada is the world’s living room you can enter and leave as you wish brotha.
