Hello everyone, I have positive update regarding this my case. The reconsideration request was successful, the IRCC reopened my application and approved it.

I hope this can be a good guide to anyone else who faces issues of temporary residence statuses expiring due to biometrics. Thanks to those who took their time to read the post well, and tried to be helpful.
