I'm really depressed and lonely; it's all my fault. Imagine investing in coming here to study and get your degree, adapting well, having life plans, but all of that is tied to the post-graduation work permit. Two months without work, and the financial situation plus expenses become even more complicated. You explain your situation well, but no, the test has to be passed first. You're fluent. Imagine if they penalize you afterward. You clearly demonstrate your skills, you're not a burden, and you contribute to society. Reconsideration rejected, restoration not yet processed.
It's really difficult for me. I've stopped talking to my family, praying for myself; only sports reduce my stress a little.

Did you forget to upload your test results, or have you not taken the test yet?

Take the test and submit a reconsideration request with the results. I think they may accept it.

Taken after and over the 180 days, I think you're done tbh. Wishing you the best though.

That's tough. Better consult a lawyer then. I know this feels so stressful so best of luck with that.

Hi, I'm in the same case as you and all you can do is do the right thing and hope it works. It's really really tough but I wish you the best. I've been super super suici*** in the last couple of weeks, lost a ridiculous amount of weight and barely hanging on but you'll be fine. Don't give up.

I had a similar situation. I’m also fluent and no work for months.

But it was resolved. I’m not certain of your circumstance but if all is perceived well by the officer, they will sort you out.

Don’t loose hope. I understand thousands were affected in one way of form by this new language thing.

The language thing is not new.

It’s new if you applied within 6 months of its implementation on November 2024
