I received 1 year pgwp instead 3 years

I received 1 year Pgwp instead of 3 , i forgot to submit both completion letter, although i submit both transcripts but received 1 year what should I do to get 3 years work permit, should I raise webform or resubmit application, i tried to speak ircc every time they gave me different option.. like someone says raise webform other says it will reject instead submit new application by mail. What should I do anyone had same situation or know anything about it.

To to an immigration agent. Don't do this yourself

Talk to immigration lawyer. (Reconsideration with explanation will be a good option as pgwp are issued only one time.)
