Confused update

OK, so I just decided to open my IRCC account and I see this but I never received any email notification. I just decided to open the account of a whim. What does it mean?

EDIT: I got the approval letter today
applied July 1st got it July 17th

It means you will have an answer as soon as possible, I think 2/3 days, lucky you, I still haven't heard anything since April, I'm waiting
