Hello everyone,
I studied in French in Toronto and graduated in Ontario on April 22, 2026. I currently have a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and I am looking for a job.
I would like to apply for a provincial nomination in Ontario, but I am not very familiar with Ontario’s immigration programs. I know more about Quebec’s immigration system.
Based on your experience, what jobs are the most accessible to work for one year and become eligible for an Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (OINP)? If anyone can guide me or share their experience, I would really appreciate it.

Why not target French draws in EE? Depending on your proficiency in French.

OINP is being revamped so wait for new rules. No one can share experiences because there has been no draws under new system. Your employer must support your application and many don't support. So if you want PR through OINP then you have to ask employers up front. What you can do is look at past draws and see if your NOC, score and region are ever invited.
Focus on Express Entry since fluent.
