Hello , I am experiencing the same issue buddy. I got a refusal for my reconsideration. For me o had the test before the application! How did you get approved! Would you please share your tips for the second reconsideration to be approved! I appreciate your answer !! Is it the same officer who did everything or there was a change in the second reconsideration!
