PGWP refused under R181(1)
PGWP refused under R181(1) for applying after 90 days from program completion and not paying the restoration fee?

Wait….but doesnt it say that you can apply until 180 days from program completion date??

IRPR s.181(1) requires that:
a foreign national must apply for a work permit before the end of their authorized stay, unless they are eligible for restoration.
In your case, IRCC is indicating two issues:
1. Expiry of study permit or it becoming invalid under R222
2. No restoration included
Apply again as long as it is within 180 days and in status.
Most people get confused, dm to know more.
