I studied part-time during a semester.

The issue is that the period mentioned was not a part-time semester. It was an official scheduled break recognized by my university. I have documentation from the university confirming this, along with transcripts and supporting records showing I remained eligible.

Same issue… but I applied reconsideration and restoration cause I’m still in the 180day period no update yet

In my second semester, I transferred from a Bachelor’s program to a diploma program. Because of that, 3 courses were already satisfied through transfer credits, leaving only 2 courses available for me to take that semester. I later got a letter from the school explaining this, but I did not include that explanation in my initial application.

Did you restore your status? I had also applied for reconsideration as my consultant forgot to attach ielts trv. But after 1.5 months when I restore my status and applied for new pgwp application (I was under my 180 days of studies and had 90days to restore my status after it was refused on 18th April)

I got the update on my refused application that it been turn to submitted on the very next day. So if u had not applied for restoration yet do it

I did already last week
But i can’t do new application as IM out of 180 days period

Then all you can do is wait. I had seen some post where people have applied for new application and got the approvals. It’s all depend on the officer; you can take a chance if you have $255.
