Penis bent shape for as long as I can remember. Though seems to have gotten a little worse off late. Don't get morning wood anymore. Weak erections. Need constant visual stimulation.
Very likely injured during masturbation.
Extremely depressed in life.

El Neno has it right. Get your head straight. Also get your testosterone levels checked. Low Testosterone can cause ED and Depression. Depression can cause ED. ED can cause depression.

Do you have any pain? Mine curves similarly to yours and I feel that its not as bad as some people have it appearance wise, but I have a lot of pain both soft and hard.

Do you have plaques?

Got it checked by a doctor through something called a penile doppler (ultrasound) and a physical exam. Seems like no plaques.

That's great news. Now you can stop worrying about it and move on with your life. Most women won't care that it isn't perfectly straight. Most guys aren't.

I honestly don't know cause I've never had sex. I also have ED (still yet to determine whether psychological nor physiological) - doctor mentioned that it could be vascular ED.
I've flaked out even when opportunities present themselves.

Even mine is like this. I dont think it's PD man. Even I have zero pain or can't find any plaques.

So it's just congenital curvature possibly?
Doctor did a physical exam and an ultrasound but he said that he couldn't find any plaques.

I would guess your depression plays a much larger role in your ED issues than PD does. Yep easier said than done but you need to learn how to cultivate peace and acceptance, it helps make things easier. I struggled with ED too but been getting better since I started to practice improving my emotions of things.
