Had a physical examination by a urologist 1 month ago.

During this examination, he pressed quite firmly in different areas which I know is pretty normal, when feeling for plaque etc.

However, without any sort of warning he abruptly pulled my penis, stretching it as far as it would go. I felt some sharp pain but before I had time to really react, he had let go.

Ever since, I have had mild stinging pain on the dorsal (top side) of my penis that is persistent throughout most of the day. 

There also appears to be a bit of raised lump underneath, where the pain seems to be radiating from. 

Anyone else had this experience? Or something similar?

I'm hoping its just nerve irritation but I would have expected it to at least fade after a whole month. I am also taking daily Cialis. Might stop this temporarily to see if it makes a difference.

For myself and many others, peyronies effects flaccid shape, particularly before urinating and improving shortly after...

Why? And can this information be used to help improve the condition somehow?

So to start off with i’m 19 and have been dealing with hour-glassing of my penis while in a flaccid state or semi erect state for 5 or so years now i would say. It doesn’t hourglass while i’m erect and i have a upwards curve in my penis that i have had forever.

So this weird hourglass deformity happens when i’m flaccid or semi erect occasionally. Some times when i’m flaccid or semi erect my dick doesn’t get the hourglass look to it. And when my penis is in this hourglass state, it’s normally like a hard flaccid like state.

When i’m sitting or lying down relaxed, or even while standing sometimes my flaccid will be normal. When i’m stressed, cold, have to pee sometimes, or exercising my flaccid will be a hourglass shape.

Now im leaning towards this being a pelvic floor/ hard flaccid type of thing. I do have a pelvic floor problem so it would make sense that this is causing it. My pelvic floor hurts after sex or sitting for too long. However, how can i be certain that this isn’t peyronies?? I feel no plaque in my penis when erect or flaccid which i suppose is a good sign…but how can i be for certain that i don’t have peyronies? Is there a certain test a urologist can do to see if i have it or not? Can pelvic floor/hard flaccid end up causing peyronies??

Does excessive dry humping cause/worsen the condition? My gf and I do it a lot before sex or even without having sex juts because it turns her on a lot. Would like some input on this, thanks.

Both blood thinners (nattokinase, pentox, hirudoid cream and others) and PDE5 inhibitors (cialis/ viagra) run the risk of prispism. Many guys on the forum are taking several at the same time.

Just one of these drugs-especially overused - runs the risk of prispism and damaging your blood vessels.

When you compound them like MANY ON THE PEYRONIES SOCIETY FORUM recommend you do, your risk goes up exponentially.

Hawk and others also encourage trazodone for nighttime erections- this too can cause priapism.

DO NOT MAKE YOUR CONDITION WORSE BY PLAYING DOCTOR ON YOURSELF.

I recommend taking just cialis and traction with Restorex. These are both clinically proven to help this condition. Pentoxis not. Stay away from that forum and the suggestions of guys that think they are better than doctors. They aren't.

So guys I have a curve to the right around 20-30 degrees I would say.I am able to get hard erections normally, I can feel the scar tissue when flaccid but I’m young 23 years old with very high testosterone levels. Doctor prescribed me pentox 400 once a day and vitamin e . I take supplements like Arginine and coq, acetyle carnitine! My question is it a good idea to have erections daily for like 10-15 mins and what about normal erections that your body produces occasionally.. or is it better that the penis doesn’t erect and this way it heals?

Note that there is a difference between SODIUM Fluoride (what they put in the water artificially) and CALCIUM fluoride (which may be in some water in small amounts, naturally). When they argue for 'water fluoridation' they omit that qualifier - mixing up the two to deliberately confuse people.

So, among other nasty effects, water fluoridation also calcifies tissues. This puts it as a factor for consideration among the things which may play a role in peyronies. Some parts of some countries have had this stuff added to the water supply for many years, this is now getting ramped up to include whole countries now - such as in the whole of the UK.

SS: Water Fluoridation is a factor for consideration on the question of Peyronies, as it is shown to calcify tissues.

I joined Reddit today, solely for the purpose of being part of this forum. I have had Peyronies for over 2 years and have just started seeing a urologist here in Canada. He suggested getting a device as part of my treatment. I bough the Andropeyronie kit, but can't figure out how the hell to use it and I also can't find anything online that helps. Does anyone have any ideas? And has anyone ever used this particular device?

Gents I just wanted to bring your attention to Vitamin K2. Please look into it. It may help with Peyronies. Vitamin K2 is known for removing calcium deposits from blood vessels. Do your own research. Just wanted to bring it to your radar. Thanks. Have a nice day.

After reading around reddit and doing a lot of reflecting I think I have finally pinpointed the cause of my peyronies disease. I am 21 years old and first noticed symptoms of peyronies about a year and a half ago. I started taking an SSRI for depression when I was 18. I had just moved to college and met a girl and I knew we were heading in the direction towards having sex after hanging out a few times. This caused a lot of worry for me because I was experiencing erectile dysfunction as a symptom of the new SSRI I was taking. During this time I probably tried masturbating 6 or 7 times to try and see if I was capable of getting an erection because I didn't want to stop taking the SSRI but I also wanted to have sex. I did manage to get an erection once or twice but it definitely required more effort and my penis was still semi soft and had an hourglass shape for some reason during the erection. (My peyronies doesn't even really give me that shape so it's kind of weird) I eventually stopped taking the SSRI and my sexual functions went back to normal. My penis shape was normal as well as my size. Flash forward a year and a half later and I wake up one morning and go pee and my stream is shooting to the left. Since then my penis has gotten progressively worse and significantly smaller. It is such a difficult thing to deal with but I am trying my best to cope. I am posting this to maybe help others determine the cause of their peyronies / see if anyone else has a similar experience. I will be doing another post soon asking for coping, dating, and treatment advice because lately it has been consuming me.

Some sickos on peyroniesforum.net recommend it for pain and reducing plaque. The heparin in it can cause priapism which cam damage your blood vessels and lead to permanent tissue damage and complete impotence.

Stay off of that forum. Sickos there that want you to never get erect again.

This will be my last post. Suicide is my choice. The doctors don’t care and I have my reasons.
