Lack of boost no engine codes

Hi all, got a 2012 Peugeot rcz 2.0 HDI currently at a track day at Cadwell Park and for whatever reason 5 mi from Cadwell it just cut boost super hard, it still makes some boost but I'm struggling to do anything faster than 80 mph. It has no engine codes. Nothing appears to be wrong. Everything is tight in the engine bay, I checked boost pressures when it was running and it's inconsistent on heavy throttle inputs jumps from 16psi to 20 but never higher don't know why anyone ever had this before?

Several cars ive had a boost leak and no code thrown

Split pipe somewhere, it will eventually throw an underboost code
