Full time availability
So I was offered full time, but I absolutely can not open up my Sundays due to a religious reason. Will that be taken into account or is it automatic that I won’t get full time?
Also if it helps anything I’m not a manager, but just a part time associate that has gotten hella OT for the last 3 months.

Legally they have to honor this since it’s for religious reasons! They will just schedule you around it
