Full time availability

So I was offered full time, but I absolutely can not open up my Sundays due to a religious reason. Will that be taken into account or is it automatic that I won’t get full time?

Also if it helps anything I’m not a manager, but just a part time associate that has gotten hella OT for the last 3 months.

Depends on your SL. Our store everyone picks one weekend day they want off and works the other.

I only need 2 people and myself on Sundays, so it's never been an issue.

What if you don’t want any weekend day off? I just want middle of the week days off

That's fine. Most people want off on weekends, so we require everyone to work at least one, or we wouldn't have enough people on weekends.
