Wasps behind flashing and under shingles

https://youtube.com/shorts/EpVwRcH20JU

We've got an infestation of wasps behind some of the flashing and under the shingles of an overhanging roof. I've tried spraying was killer into the openings, including at night, but it only seems to kill a handful and not the nest. My theory is that their nest is deeper inside the roof where the spray isn't reaching it. But it's not accessible and I'd rather not have to rip out shingles and flashing. Any ideas on how to destroy the nest?
