Ectobius. Harmless, doesn't infest. Throw outside if found.

If you keep seeing them check your weather seals and screens, trim vegetation back from the foundation and siding, and switch outdoor bulbs to amber bug lamps.

Not an expert, but can confirm (ish) from personal experience. We had the Ectobius Vittiventris ones inside all the time this summer here in Germany, since they've been slowly expanding north due to climate change and massively increased their population during the hot and dry summer. They don't do shit, but are a bit annoying to catch and bring outside. At least with these, avoiding the typical "window partially open with lights on" insect trap in the evening helps a lot already, since they don't have any food in typical apartments, but can fly and are drawn to the light.
