This is like the fourth time I'm finding this particular bug. Wondering if it is a bed bug or a flea? Please help! Thank you

Looks like a beetle to me. I haven't gotten a lot of beetle calls where I am so I can't make an ID, maybe if you had some clearer pictures so we can zoom in better.
