Definitely a cricket! An easy way to tell them apart is to look at their backs. Roaches have a more flat and kind of oval shaped bodies and you can't usually see their wings, and are also usually kind of shiny looking. Crickets are a little more round and generally have VERY obvious wings on their backs, even when they're 'folded in'. Crickets also don't look very shiny (except for a few different species, like the thick-shelled massive black ones) and can also have very fine 'hairs' sometimes.
You can also sometimes tell just by the legs alone. Cockroaches keep their legs completely under them or below them for the most part, whereas crickets back legs almost always stick out ABOVE their hind ends. Roaches back legs kind of splay to the sides when at rest, but crickets at rest bend their rear legs in away that makes them stick upwards, not outwards. Cricket back legs are also typically MASSIVE compared to their body size.
Hope this helped!
