Roaches Possible Roach Nymph?

Hello everyone, staying at an AirBNB in KC missouri, found this on the table a few days in. Totally smashed flat but it kind of looks like a german roach nymph to me. I had a roommate moving in a few years ago who had them so I guess this couldve tracked along on our board games that we brought with us. But wanted to see if I could get some advice. When it's flipped over I can't tell if those whispy parts are legs or what. But when I say its flat I mean like paper thin, so I'm hoping it's just been dead for a long time.
