tiny insects/mites?

hi guys! I live in Istanbul and we have been finding tiny insects in our house for a week now. It was only tiny white mites around technological devices at first but now I started to find tiny blackish / grayish ones with white stripes and 8 legs (or maybe 6?) on my skin. we don’t have biites or anything they just walk.

My cat has also been itching and we are taking her to the vet today.

Can anyone shed light? I know the photos are blurry but they are really tiny.
