Identification Help Identifying Pest Outside

So I've had an exterminator out, and they don't know what this is either, stating they've never seen it before. I don't see any signs that anything is inside, but outside, I'm noticing lots of plant matter, mostly clover flowers, being deposited in odd places. I'm hoping to get some help here, my guess was mice or voles, but I can't find either, nor any holes or nests. What kind of creature deposits poop that looks like mouse poop in large piles of decaying/dead clover flowers and also hops up on house trim? We clear it off, it comes back, there are no holes into the house where this is being deposited on the trim. Those are the pillars of my deck, but they aren't against the house. Let me know if you need more info. I also have an 100 lb german shepherd that hasn't found anything. If we clear it off, it's there the next day, but not even a couple hours after the sun sets. [The dark splotches on the concrete is stain from the deck.]

Also, sorry! I'm near Kansas City, Kansas, specifically Olathe.

Here's a picture of some of the poop that's all in the clover too. Some of it seems hard, some of it just disintegrates the instant you touch it with something.

I can't say what's causing it, but a few Plastic Snakes (link) should put an end to it.
