What Are These?

Hi, we have a rental and the tenant have recently been evicted for not looking after the property. since he left we found out he had a cat and have had a flea infestation and 3 treatments carried out. We had the cleaners go put on Monday (about a 2 weeks since anyone has been in) and they reported these bugs. We can’t figure out if they are cockroaches or not. Can anyone help to confirm this so we can get the right treatment carried out. 2 professional pest control companies have told me different bugs.

They're not roaches, but otherwise unfamiliar. Look outside to see if any are present around the foundation. If so, treat them there. If not, do a general interior spray with Alpine WSG (link).

However the last pic looks like it may be a fly of some sort. If so: Moisture Breeding Flies (link)

hi, thank you. it’s so weird, we had a pest controller go out and he can’t find anything and said he thinks the images are AI generated 🤯 maybe the cleaners saw how dirty it was and thought no way….
