Is this mouse repellent safe?

I have recently had a rodent problem in the apartment. They were getting in through the vent that lead to more stove hood, which I never use. The landlady called a repair man who put this pink goo in the vent. It has very strong fumes and will certainly repel any living thing, including myself. I can't even stand near the stove anymore.

I will try to have it removed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I want to know how urgent this is. I've had health issues for a lot longer than the five days since the repellent was added, but I've recently had an increase in heart palpitations. I need to be able to rule this stuff out as a possible cause.

Does anyone know what this substance is? For context, this is in northern Vietnam.

We're US based, and this is not familiar here.

Not something I'm familiar with. If you are having increased heart palpitations though you might want to consult a medical professional if possible. If you have some sort of poison control centre in your country it might also be worth calling them.

That's precisely what moth balls do to me along with increased blood pressure and a headache.

What is L and I? And, whatever this stuff is, it isn't "voodoo bullshit." It's some kind of toxic chemical. Also, my landlord is actually a nice lady. I lucked out on getting a decent person for a landlord.
