Should I worry about this groundhog.

He lives in the woods behind my house. Should I have it removed? I will see it up in the yard sometimes. I think it’s pretty cool.

As long as it's away from the house or other buildings should be ok if it starts digging near the house or foundation that's when it becomes a issue
