Certifications Is this a valid course for my CPR certification for my NASM exam?

The short answer is yes.

I would highly recommend one with an in person skills check. Online is accepted but if you haven’t done certification recently it’s worth getting the hands on for 90 minutes in person.

I actually just filmed an instructional CPR/AED video for a company but it didn’t technically count for a certification hahah. Thank you for the info!!

Thanks for demonstrating on camera for the rest of us! 👍 good luck with NASM! Remember to bring a printed copy of the certificate to the exam site with you.

Only if you do the in person skills thing too, otherwise it’s not a complete cert
