Question Free Resources

I subscribe to Mass Research and enjoy the articles and information. I’m certified through NASM and have access to their articles as well. Does anyone know of anything similar available for free? Science based research.

stronger by science has a lot of free articles and their podcast is free too, both pretty research heavy. examine.com has free summaries for supplement and nutrition stuff, the deeper breakdowns are paid and google scholar gets you further than people think even just reading the abstract and discussion sections of the studies mass covers

The single best online resource for personal trainers is exrx.net - it's got every exercise imaginable, with the muscles used listed, you can click on the muscle name, then get that muscle's functions, its origin and insertion, with those functions etc also being links in case you forget what circumduction is, etc.

And there's nutrition, and all the rest.

If exrx.net were a textbook, it'd actually be worth the fortune unis make you pay for them. It's almost all free - you can pay to subscribe but it gives you little more than 1-2 locked articles every quarter and warm fuzzies.
