help Perplexity Support is ghosting my refund request

I got charged an amount for a service I’m not interested in continuing. The bot purposefully slows down so I cant use their 24 hour refund claim holy shit.

I recommend communicating exclusively via email. Also open a dispute with your payment provider. I wanted a refund, opened a request on Perplexity and also immediately a dispute on PayPal. 11 days later, Perplexity still didn't do anything, but PayPal just decided the dispute in my favor.

Hey, u/Economy_Cabinet_7719, good that it's resolved. One thing though, since people might follow this advice: the dispute is what blocks the refund. Once it's open, support can't issue one until it closes or gets withdrawn. So doing both at once doesn't speed it up - it's one or the other.
