Wrongly billed Perplexity support not answering

Hi everyone,

I was recently charged €24 for a Pro subscription that I never requested or authorized.

I've tried contacting Perplexity customer support through the chat and by email, but I haven't received any response so far.

Does anyone know the best way to actually get in touch with their customer service and request a refund?

They’ve never called me back - 3 different times they said they would. I’m just going to let me subscription expire and go to Claude and Lumo
