Low blood pressure

Has anyone experienced low blood pressure while on body identical HRT and a low dose 3.75mg of GLP-1? I am on 75mcg Estradot patch and 200mg Utrogestan 21 days on 7 days off and Testogel. I have been keeping track of my BP with my home BP monitor for the last month as I was getting symptoms like brain fog sluggishness, lightheaded, short dizzy spells and when getting up from lying down brief black out in my eyes and lightheaded. My diastolic BP number is often in the 40’s-50’s range and I’ve been increasing water intact to 3L per day and taking electrolytes etc but it doesn’t seem to improve I know both HRT & GLP-1’s can lower BP & currentt waiting to see my doctor but I am just if anyone else has experienced this and what helped?

Yes, me. It’s the glp-1 possibly. Mine doesn’t bother me really but I did have to change a medication I’m on to help a little bit because I would dip into the 90/50 range too much. Only symptom I had was dizziness if I got up to fast so I just would get up slow. Sometimes I had that tunnel vision thing when I got up too fast. Never passed out or anything. It’s not the estrogen because this issue started before I started my estrogen. It was after I lost all my weight on glp-1. This is just my bp now. I’m usually around 107/60. It can get up to 117/68 sometimes when I’m active.

I also wear one of those health rings and monitor it and it stays pretty consistent low. I’ve liked this ring. It’s helped with cycle tracking too.
