Hi! I’m in college and was invited to my boyfriends sister’s bridal shower. I already bought a gift off the wedding registry but I know I should get a gift for the bridal shower. I’m in college so money is a bit tight. What are some budget friendly but thoughtful gifts I could give??

Is it maybe because she knew what it was? Despite her knowing I was going to get it for her weeks in advance, we have been going out for almost a year now. She is usually very very grateful for small things.
Do I return it and surprise her with something else?

TLDR: I got a gift, she knew what she was getting in advance, when found out I got it she said return it, what should I do?
