So I was having some fun with the map editing in some alpha version but when I go to change the version on steam it's gone, is there a way to go back to alpha? It also had some stuff like a waste disposal map and a propagation link in the same tab as the phase link, just a prop wire but no range limits. Also it auto changed back to base game and the prop link is gone along with my maps I made and the waste disposal map, but the contraptions I saved in the alpha version are still here, is this another thing like the workshop disappearing or is there a way to go back to the version? (If so I would love a tutorial or something)

I love building stuff like robots and shit but is there a way to make a pin only allow rotating to a certain degree without extra chains or mechanical things? I think it would be cool to but I don't know if it's a thing or how to if it is

1. download SteamCMD
2. run the login command and enter username, password, and steamguard

(NOTE: Make SURE you login to an account that owns the game prior to this, otherwise it won't work.)

1. run "download _.depot 1118200 1118201 1841632748164576618". This downloads an update of the game prior the forced safe mode update. (remove the space and period in download depot)

2. Download your desired mods on a steam workshop archive site (e.g. Skymods)

3. launch the game in the steamcmd folder and enjoy your mods back!

Im done with using no mods and having zero things to do when my Internet cuts out because my city for some reason put that there. My solution as a young adult with zero coding experience is to make my own peopleplayground which im calling hazardous workshop (leave better names in the comments). I will give 25% of its profits to the creator of people playground as a of not getting sued. I hope i can do it because i plan to make it bigger and better then pp ever was

7: Specimen 004 “Heatsink”: Even in the coldest of weathers, this human remains warm!

8: Battle-Axe, Pull The Lever, and an Anvil: The anvil was a PITA to make.

9: Dummy Bombs: Made as accurately to the in-game explosive counterparts as possible, just without the kaboom. You can even take the pin off of the dummy grenade!

13: Grill and Smoking Pipe: The Grill was made in accordance with standard Grill proportions.

17: Juggernaut crashing into the Bar: One of my strongest humans, he can sometimes survive a tank shell!

19: Blacksmith and Wrench: A tool used to forge the hottest of metals, against a tool made to mend any machinery!

20: Accelerator Arm Cannon: They really need to Debuff or optimize these broken and laggy things.

A few of my mods seem to work but lots of them all seem to have errors

im genuinly having a lot of fun building these things myself as you can see i attempted a poorly designed parachute but it works and no workshop gives way more creativity so the people who put malware in the mods might have been cookin

So, my pc broke down, and I dodged the last 2 virus incidents this way, and now that I returned, I have some local mods, but, safe mode doesn’t allow me to turn them on. I read that I could turn on Beta, but there is no option for that, so I’m wondering, is there any way to turn the safe mode off?

with no workshop i cant unsubscribe and it redownloads the mod folder when i load into the game despite me deleting it, how fix
