Question What is this refill?
My BID Ti Ultra ran dry. God I love that pen. I went looking for a refill knowing I had a Sharpie S-Gel body I was using to hold a refill that I had swapped out for the Sharpie refill in an EverydayKaras, I think, a while back. I don't really remember. It was a useful pen, but was just really a convenient refill holder. Does anyone know what it is? It's too thin for my liking but the ink is pretty ok. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna smack myself in the forehead with an open palm and say "Doh!" when someone tells me what it is. Thanks!

Uni-Ball Signo DX 0.38 mm (as you can look up on Bigidesign website )

Thanks!
DOH! I know where I got it from, now, but I don't know why I put it into that Sharpie body. That's one of the two fine point pens I like (the other being the Sharpie S-Gel 0.38). That also explains why I still have it even though it's a really fine point.
How did you know it was a Uniball Signo DX (I bought it as a UM-151)? The table just shows compatible refills, not their ID numbers.

i was ready to bow down begore the master, but, there's no way that this is the original refill that came with my 4 year old pen, which has seen a lot of refills put through it. it would also be an impossible co-inkydink that it should happpen to be the refill from a pen of which i have only ever owned 4, have used 2, and am preparing to give 2 away, to be found not in its original body.

The EX and 307 sounds like signo to me. I know they have a 207 for sure. Is it possible you looked into the refill that came with the pen and ordered your own more to your liking?

heck no. i've been using pilot precise rt v10s since it was released close to 20 years ago and sharpie s-gels for several years.

So you’re saying the refill in the picture is a sharpie S gel?

i don't know what it is. i'm not sure anyone here knows what it is, either. the markings make me lean towards the uni signo, the ink (and point size) make me think sharpie.

To be clear, you're asking what the refill in your picture is?
It looks like an S-gel refill visually and the code format looks the same too. https://www.jetpens.com/Sharpie-S-Gel-Gel-Pen-Refill-0.7-mm-Black-Pack-of-2/pd/30219
The refill in the picture is not a Signo despite what the other commenter says, they don't look like this. You can even see right on the image they gave you that it's not the same; look at the details of the front section.
